Our youth martial arts program is design for boys between the ages of 7-10 years of age. This high energy class is design to build confidence, discipline, and focus. Students will learn age appropriate techniques including kick and self defense skills in a fun and strutured enviroment.

This exciting class is design for beginners ready to build a strong foundationin tumbling whie safely progressing toward a back handspring. Participants will learn essential skills such as rolls, cartwheels, round-offs and proper body positioning, all leading up to backhandspringtechnique. with a focus on strength, flexibility and correct form. Students will practice drillsthat improve coordination , balance and confidence.
Group Fitness Class

This energizing class is designed to keep you moving, motivated and feeling your best! Combining cardio, strength training and functional movement, each session delivers a full- body workout suitable for all fitness levels. Participants will enjoy a supportive and upbeat environment while improving endurance, building strength and overall health.
